Planetary WE Lab: Advanced
We are faced with an uncertain situation: global warming. This situation prompts us to seek information about possible solutions. We are accustomed to receiving information and guidance from others, but we are not accustomed to searching for this information within our own lives and consciousness. Now more than ever, we need reflexivity, resonance, and attunement to witness the collective phenomena resulting from our individual behavior, whether directly or indirectly.
This seminar will take you on an experimental journey with international facilitators to answer the following research questions: (1) How can we heal intergenerational and transgenerational trauma? (2) How can we address global challenges? (3) How can we promote a sense of embodiment? (4) How can we awaken individual and collective responsibility? (5) How can we realize unity in diversity, wholeness, and oneness?
To explore these questions, the seminar will focus on the following perspectives: Individual well-being, collective well-being, cosmic well-being, and integrated we-being. Seeing well-being from these perspectives helps you understand its layers and how your individual well-being is embedded in wholeness. Through various exercises, you can finally embody integrated we-being.
It is recommended that you visit the "Planetary WE Lab: Foundations" in advance.
