In this seminar led by a professional team, we will discuss the basics of successful and goal-oriented multiprofessional cooperation, which will be a very beneficial skill for your future career path.

Whether in health, for-profit, or other organizations; you are very likely to deal with several professions, departments, and mindsets when working, e.g. while working in project teams.

While relying on interdisciplinary expert-lay-communication, we will first discursively create a common knowledge base, the so-called common ground as a shared subjective framework that serves to understand the further content.

Using social science approaches, multiprofessional cooperation is tackled from the perspective of constructivism, professional socialization and other sociological approaches. Throughout the course, we will highlight beneficial and hindering framework conditions for cooperation. Other topics include, for example, knowledge transfer, gender perspectives, power asymmetries, diversity.

At the end of the seminar, we will use the scenario technique to design scenarios for multiprofessional cooperation.
