Our working world is managed according to methods, principles, and values that are over 100 years old. That's pretty crazy in times as fast-paced, complex, and technology-driven as ours.

In this interactive course, we want to take a joint look at how work can be shaped in a way that fits our times – good for the company, for the people within it, and for society. The concept and idea behind called "New Work." Above all, we want to talk about one thing: what "good work" means for each participant, and what each of us can contribute to better ways of working. We'll be looking at self-efficacy, one's own sphere of influence, one's own role, and possibilities for shaping collaboration.

This seminar is a mix of input and impulses, but above all lots of reflection, exchange, working together on topics, exercises, and trying things out. Each participant can bring topics and questions from their own everyday work life, which we'll discuss together. It thrives on the different perspectives and experiences that we all want to hear and exchange within the seminar.
