Was verkörperst du? Emotional Awareness und Embodiment
Emotional Awareness & Embodiment
In order to develop Emotional Awareness and embodiment) body awareness in an introspective, practical and experience-oriented way with >EASE<, in this intensive course over two weekends, we will not only throw a theoretical insight into current concepts about body memory, theories on embodiment and emotional stress management, but also bring us into contact, beyond the approach of anthroposophy, with earlier ethno-psychological concepts about body memory seen from a medical-historical point of view, which still influence our work as therapists and researchers today. In addition to the practice of exercises to develop body awareness, the program also includes discovering how emotional experiences are expressed in our body and, so to speak, physically “imprinted”
