Inter-Cultural-Campus
Dagmar Koch

The topic of this event is: different cultures meet: but it doesn’t go ‚boom‘ it ‚clicks‘!
We are focusing on cultural diversity: What is culture anyway? How diverse is my own living world?
We get to know different cultural models and discuss ways of living together in society despite any differences. Topics include self-awareness and self-knowledge, perception, attitudes, unconscious bias and interaction with people of different origins.
There is room to reflect on one’s own intercultural experiences. The focus here is less on differences and more on similarities.
The aim is to strengthen the key qualification “intercultural competence” by developing methods for dealing with difficult intercultural situations.
Let’s discover what we have in common!
