Shaping Your Own Professional Biography
The course of one’s life develops into the future by doing; however, we can usually only understand it by looking back. How can we read between the lines of our own biography and how can the reflection of our own biography serve as orientation in the (professional) world?
A conscious examination of one’s own biography and questioning the central motives of life can become a compass for a fulfilled life. The seminar offers the opportunity to become familiar with one’s own talents, competences and abilities. It also enables people to confidently transform inhibitions or repetitive obstacles into potential for development. Based on theory, exercises and reflection on one’s own biography and the experiences we have in the social sphere, concrete solutions and strategies for current vocation issues are developed and an effective set of tools for a self-designed future is developed.
