10 Biotope für die Biodiversität der Kulturlandschaft

10 biotopes for the biodiversity of culture landscape
The utmost botanical biodiversity of central europe ist to be found in 10 biotopes – and these biotopes have nothing to do with forests or wildeness. They are biotopes belonging to the cultivated landscape – so they depend from man and from lasting cultivation. The common opinion – man would be the greates nature destroyer – is so called into question. In future it will be necessary to evolve agriculture, foresting and fishing industry in an way, that food production and biodiversity will work together in a synthesis. For this we worked out the concept oft the 10 biotopes and published it in a small book, adressed primarily to farmers and people working in landscapes. So this book is written focussing on practice, but also the philosophical background is taken a look at. In our course we shall discuss the 10 biotope concept with regard to philosophical aspects as there is the man-nature-relationship, and furthermore the ecological aspects of biodiversity.
