Into the Green – Man and His Nature
Humans and Nature: Spending time in nature has always been—and remains—a fundamental human need, for humans are part of nature. This seminar offers an opportunity to discuss and explore this perspective. The focus is on the unique benefits of “Shinrin Yoku,” or forest bathing, whose restorative and health-promoting effects are being tested in practice in various environments (parks, forests, gardens). The seminar also offers cultural and health science perspectives and in-depth explorations of the topic, including an examination of the relationship between humans and nature as expressed through art.
