Cocreating Stufu
This course invites you to take a closer look at your own life and learning—with curiosity, openness, and the courage to challenge yourself and explore vulnerability. The focus is on the question of what constitutes my genuinely human capacities for reflection, self-creation, and authentic connection.
By tracing your own educational journey, you’ll explore how you learn, what drives you, and what spaces allow you to grow. In doing so, you’ll work with proven biographical and transformative methods and grapple with the exciting question: What does it mean to be a self-effective person and learner in the age of AI?
The course accompanies the public conference “Agency & AI: Cocreating the University of the Future” in November (https://cocreating-university.com/#top): Keynotes, workshops, and open discussion spaces exploring the future of higher education, at the intersection of AI and self-efficacy. The follow-up session delves deeper into these experiences in a smaller, trusting setting. By the end, you’ll develop your personal map of learning—and a vision for the future.
Dipl. Joos van den Dool
Joos van den Dool (1977) ist Referent für Lehrentwicklung im WittenLab. Er arbeitet täglich daran, gemeinsam Strukturen aufzubauen, die unsere Welt schöner, gerechter und zukunftsfähiger machen und beschäftigt sich mit der Frage, welche Lehre es dafür heute und morgen braucht. Als studierter Architekt und Stadtplaner begreift er Fragen und Herausforderungen als Gestaltungsaufgaben – eine Haltung, die seine über 20-jährige internationale Erfahrung als Berater und Moderator co-kreativer und partizipativer Prozesse in Wirtschaft, Bildung und Verwaltung prägt. Eigene Initiativ- und Gründungserfahrung fließen dabei ebenso ein.
Neben der UW/H arbeitet er als freiberuflicher Prozessbegleiter für MYZELIUM.org und Trigon Entwicklungsberatung und ehrenamtlich als Vorstand der Fair-Bio-eG und Beirat der Sekem-Freunde Deutschland.

An interest in self-reflection and a willingness to participate in the entire “Agency & AI” conference at Uni-WH from November 12–14.

• You will sharpen your awareness of what constitutes effective learning—for you personally, in your major, and in the “Studium Fundamentale.”
