Sie ist Mediationspraktikerin, Mediationslehrtrainerin und Dozentin für Mediation und Konfliktmanagement an Hochschulen und Instituten im In- und Ausland. Die Mediationsausbildung liegt ihr ebenso am Herzen wie die Mediationspraxis. Einen Ausbildungsgang pro Jahr begleitet sie vom Kennenlernen der Mediation bis zur/zum Mediator*in mit nationalem und internationalem Zertifikat. Wirtschaftsmediatorin Anita von Hertel nutzt ihre Rechtsanwaltszulassung sowie ihre systemischen und IT-Ausbildungen (Scrum-Master) ausschließlich für Mediation.
Objectives & Competences
The participants can - with a small practical examination - acquire the int. Mediation Licence A, DACH, (optional: if they wish).
With mediation demos, exercises, reflection, practice and theory, questions and answers, many stories from practice, structure, tools and attitude.
