Into the Green – Man and His Nature
Humans and nature: spending time in the green has been and remains a fundamental human need – for we are part of nature. The seminar offers the opportunity to discuss and explore this perspective. At its center are the special possibilities of "Shinrin Yoku," forest bathing, which is practically tested for its restorative and health-promoting effects in different environments (park, forest, garden). The seminar also offers cultural and health science reflections and in-depth analyses on the topic, including an examination of the relationship between humans and nature in the encounter with art.
