What helps us to stay healthy? There are many aspects to consider! In this seminar, we will to explore personal, interpersonal, and environmental aspects of resilience. Using theoretical models (e.g., Antonovsky's salutogenic model (1997)), practical exercises (e.g., visualization, breathing techniques), and prompts for self-reflection in individual and group work, we will engage with the topic of resilience in a practical way. Together, we will reflect on stress models, our own motivations, and personal stress triggers, and explore ways to better cope with stressors, value conflicts, and other everyday challenges.
