Visual thinking - Creating clarity in a complex world
In a world that is becoming increasingly complex, fast-paced, and multifaceted, new ways of thinking, communicating, and collaborating are needed. Visual thinking—the systemic representation of facts relationships and contexts—makes inner images visible, explains connections and dynamics, and promotes fosters communication and cooperation.

Prof. Dr. David Martin
David Martin, geboren 1973 in den USA, aufgewachsen in den USA, Frankreich und England. Als Facharzt für Kinder- und Jugendmedizin und pädiatrischer Endokrinologe, Diabetologe, Hämatologe und Onkologe ist er Inhaber des Gerhard Kienle Lehrstuhls für Medizintheorie, Integrative und Anthroposophische Medizin an der Universität Witten/Herdecke www.uni-wh.de/gkls. Dort leitet er auch das Institut für Integrative Medizin www.uni-wh.de/ifim und ist Ko-Leiter des Forschung- und Lehrzentrums Herdecke.

Ich bin Georg Breiner - C-Level- und Executive Coach, Teamgestalter und systemischer Strukturaufsteller. Seit vielen Jahren entwickle ich Methoden, Formate und Ausbildungen rund um visuelles und systemisches Arbeiten weiter - mit dem Fokus, Komplexität so sichtbar zu machen, dass daraus klare, tragfähige Entscheidungen entstehen.
Ich habe selbst mehrere erfolgreiche Unternehmen gegründet und begleite Menschen in Verantwortung dabei, Zusammenhänge schnell zu erfassen, Perspektiven zu wechseln und Entscheidungen so zu gestalten, dass sie im Alltag auch wirklich tragen.
In dieser Workshopreihe arbeiten wir konsequent praxisnah: Du wirst erleben, wie „Denken in Beziehungen“ über Bilder schneller verständlich wird - und wie du dieses Vorgehen direkt für Selbstreflexion, Kommunikation und Zusammenarbeit nutzen kannst.
