Group dynamic training group
The group dynamics training group offers the opportunity to experience, observe and reflect on the development of the social system "group" in all stages of a group process, i.e. from the formation to the dissolution of a group. This process gives participants the chance to experience their role in the individual phases of this development and to learn about their own effects on other specific learning settings.
The seminar is based on the principle of self-awareness and opens up a variety of possibilities to observe the inherent dynamics of interaction systems and to analyze the coupling of psychological and communicative processes, including one's own person. This creates opportunities to try out and experiment with one's own behavior in different situations.
Prof. Dr. Heiko Kleve
Prof. Dr. Heiko Kleve ist Geschäftsführender und Akademischer Direktor des Wittener Instituts für Familienunternehmen (WIFU) sowie Inhaber des WIFU-Stiftungslehrstuhls für Organisation und Entwicklung von Unternehmerfamilien an der Fakultät für Wirtschaft und Gesellschaft der Universität Witten/Herdecke. Er ist Soziologe und Sozialpädagoge, besitzt zertifizierte Zusatzqualifikationen als Systemischer Berater (DGSF), Supervisor & Coach (DGSv), Systemischer und Lehrender Supervisor (SG), Konflikt-Mediator (ASFH) und Case Manager (DGCC). Am WIFU ist er seit Juli 2017. Davor war er von 2002 bis 2005 Professor an der Alice Salomon Hochschule Berlin und von 2005 bis 2017 an der Fachhochschule Potsdam, wo er u.a. auch als Dekan und Prodekan fungierte. In Forschung und Lehre befasst er sich mit Themen der Sozialisation, Lebensführung und Governance in Unternehmerfamilien. Zudem berät und coacht er seit über 25 Jahren, derzeit vor allem zu Fragen der Nachfolge in Familienunternehmen, der Familienstrategie- und Organisationsentwicklung. Dabei vertritt er einen systemischen, lösungs- und ressourcenorientierten Methodenansatz. Seine umfangreiche Publikationsliste umfasst 25 Bücher und zahlreiche wissenschaftliche wie praxisorientierte Artikel in deutschsprachigen wie internationalen Zeitschriften.
